At Global Safari Tours and Treks, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy outlines the applicable charges for tour cancellations and airline ticket cancellations. We encourage all guests to review these terms carefully before confirming their booking.
1. Tour Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges apply to tour bookings:

| More than 60 days before the tour start date | No cancellation charge |
| Within 60 days but more than 30 days before departure | 20% of the tour cost |
| Within 30 days but more than 14 days before departure | 30% of the tour cost |
| Within 14 days but more than 7 days before departure | 40% of the tour cost |
| Within 7 days of departure or cancellation without prior notice | 50% of the tour cost |
| After arrival in Bhutan | 100% of the tour cost |
Important: Cancellations made within one month of the tour start date may incur additional charges where hotels, transportation providers, and other service providers have already charged non-refundable fees for bookings made on the guest’s behalf.
