Overview

Experience Bhutan at its most colourful. This tour is built around the spring Paro Tshechu, when monks and dancers perform sacred masked dances in the courtyard of Rinpung Dzong and locals arrive in their finest silk.

On the final day you will see the giant thongdrel of Guru Rinpoche unveiled before sunrise, a once-a-year sight. Festival dates change every year, so contact us for this year's dates.
